Hart Plaza, Jefferson Ave. at the foot of Woodward, Hart Plaza is located in the heart of the Civic Center, between the UAW/Ford Training building and Ford Auditorium on the Detroit River downtown Detroit. Take I-94 or I-75 to the Lodge Freeway (US-10) South toward Civic Center (please note construction information attached), exit at Larned Street, turn right at Washington Blvd., go one block to Jefferson Ave., turn left on Jefferson, the first high rise building on right is Veterans Memorial building.
